Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026Overview
Avisan CalendarSync copies events from your Microsoft Outlook calendars to your Google Calendar. This policy explains what data the application accesses and how it is handled.
Data we access
- Microsoft: read-only access to your calendar events (Microsoft Graph
Calendars.Read), plus basic sign-in information. - Google: access to create, update and delete events on the Google Calendar you select.
How data is used
Event data is used only to mirror your Outlook events into your Google Calendar. It is not used for advertising, analytics or profiling.
Storage and security
Avisan CalendarSync runs on a machine you control. Sign-in tokens and sync state are stored locally on that machine, and on Windows the tokens are protected with the operating system's data protection. Event data is transferred only between Microsoft, Google and the machine running the application. We do not operate a server that receives your data.
Sharing
We do not sell, share or disclose your data to third parties. Data is exchanged only with Microsoft and Google as needed to perform the sync.
Retention and deletion
Local sync state and tokens remain until you delete them. You can stop all access at any time by revoking Avisan CalendarSync's access in your Microsoft account and your Google account, and by deleting the application's data directory. Events already copied to Google Calendar can be deleted from Google Calendar directly.
Google API Services
Avisan CalendarSync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
