By using Avisan CalendarSync you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
The service
Avisan CalendarSync copies events from your Microsoft Outlook calendars to a Google Calendar of your choice. It runs on a machine you control, using accounts you authorize.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to access the accounts and calendars you connect, including any permission required by your employer or organization.
- You are responsible for keeping your devices and credentials secure.
- You must comply with the terms of Microsoft and Google services.
Changes to your calendar
The application creates, updates and deletes events in the Google Calendar you select to mirror your Outlook calendar. Use a dedicated calendar if you want to keep mirrored events separate from your own.
No warranty
Avisan CalendarSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that syncing will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for missed or incorrect calendar entries, arising from use of the application.
Termination
You may stop using Avisan CalendarSync at any time by revoking its access in your Microsoft and Google accounts. We may discontinue the application at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
